Gauge Cluster Lighting

I just recently purchased and installed a new "white gauge" face for my cluster. I own a 2006 V6 mustang.

During the day, it looks great (see below)

While the car is stationary, the numbers are white and it looks fantastic. However, when I turn the headlights on at night, all the gauge numbers turn green.

My question: Is it possible to disable the gauge lights from turning green and instead, keep them white?

Thank you very much,

Welcome to AFM.

I believe if your car has the interior upgrade option it has MyColor in which case you should be able to use the Setup and Reset buttons to adjust the color.

Honestly, my 06' cluster is still stock so I have no experience with the 4 gauge insert you installed and how it may affect background colors.

Unfortunately, the 2006 mustang that I own did not come with the "My Color" option.

Would my only option be replacing my LED lights inside the cluster? Or would there be some type of wire I can cut to where the "green" lights won't turn on, rather only the white ones will.

Thanks again!
