ITSX issues

I bought an ITSX tuner about a week ago for my 05 v6, swapped through the various tunes no problem and the car runs fine. The only issue is I now want to swap from the race to performance tune but for no explainable reason I can't pair my phone to my ITSX. It has no been dropped or anything, all tunes uploaded successfully without interruption, and when plugged into the computer it recognizes it. The device holds a red light, turns green, flashes blue then shuts off. Tried resetting the device and redone loading the firmware, no luck. Anyone have any ideas?

Is it all wireless like if it won't connect to your phone the tune isn't being fed to the ecu? Or can you change tunes with a handled that's plugged into the ecu? I'd call the Bama folks and tell em that you can't connect. Just curious but when it was working could you tell a difference between one tune and the next?

Entirely wireless, granted I could
Probably move the file to a wired but I don't have one. The issue is the Bluetooth on my phone won't connect to the device anymore when it did before. There is definitely a noticeable difference between the stock, race, and performance tune. All my current issue is simply the connectivity between my
Phone and the device as I can't switch back to my stock or performance tune until it connects again
