looking into parking lot racing. Seems like you could setup a little business running weekend races.We have alocal 1/8th drag strip around here but seems auto cross Id popular .Get a acre off land .In N.C. thats about $4,00 per acre..abouts.Pave a 1/2 acre .

So under $40 thousand get you some property and a parking lot
Idont know how much a simple 1/3 mile drag strip that usually does most of its business on weekend would make.Probably could Mon-Friday have a racing school.

I'm thinking your numbers are low....that is assuming cleared level ground and I bet to get a durable job you'll need process material too. If you are interested in this the way to try it would be to rent an existing parking lot think auto-x around the old Circuit City.

Even so if there was $ in it there would be folks doing this successfully. making $ only on wknds ain't easy.
