Crank- No Start (2012 GT)

Hey Guys:
I'm having a "crank-no-start" issue with my 2012 GT.
I was recently changing over the shifter handle and swapping out the Line Lock switch (simple, easy 20 minute job that now has turned into a nightmare!);
I didn't realize I left the key in the "On" position for an extended period of time; also both doors were open.
Other than that- I did NOTHING else.

Went I finished up this very mundane job, I try to start the car (which normally starts very quickly and easily) all it does is crank and no start.

I CAN smell fuel, so that leads me to believe the fuel pump is working.
Note: The red PATS light flashes and the keys do lock & unlock the car, but it will not start.

Here's my concern:
-Did my I lose my custom PCM tune inadvertantly and/or is the PCM malfunctioning?
-Did I inadvertantly trigger the passive anti-theft system (PATS) ?

I don't know where to start; this car has started flawlessly since I bought it in 2012, despite a plethora of mods & upgrades (kudos to Brenspeed). I do have a friend from a Ford Dealer coming over to put an IDS on it so maybe that will reveal something (??)
Thank for any help- you guys are the best!

You didnít lose your tune, but the PCM May be acting up.

I would disconnect the battery (put it on a charger while youíre at it) for an hour or two. Then reconnect and try again...

Thanks.
I did disconnect it, but only for about 10 minutes. I'll disconnect tonight and try again.

Thanks for the feedback.

(Nice '14 BTW)

*UPDATE; Problem resolved*
#40 power-block (under hood) 15a fuse blown. Per the Owner's Manual, this fuse controls: "PCM Ignition control".

Lesson learned: always check the easy things first!!
