How to recognize false knock

Hey all!
I’ve been tracking down what it looks like to me a false knock, I’m pretty familiar with knock sensors and what and how they do but in this case I’m stuck.
Usually when the engine hears a knock event it’ll pull timing gradually until the knock is gone, therefore you see the “step ladder” graph. In this case, when I go wot tight after 3700rpm the sensor goes to +6 and stays there, no step ladder. It just jumps straight to 6 and it’s always around 3700 rpm
I got good gas, 93 plus a gallon of e85 and still the same
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Also I should add the the car has 30k miles. Only upgrades are airaid race cai, occ, act tuner with strategy 93 tune passenger side

hmmmm . . . I dunno . . . but it makes me wonder if maybe the tune is putting in excessive spark advance at 3700 RPM and full throttle, that is causing knock, and the knock sensor is responding to that?
