'Pinging/Clicking" Sounds Coming From Rear Suspension (Maybe)?

I noticed this 'pinging' sound about 2-3 weeks ago when my radio was down and it was cold outside. It seems to be louder when cold but I can hear it in the mid 60s as well now that I know it's there.

Sound file attached...start at 5 after I dropped phone in back seat.

The only suspension work I've had the shop do was yellow Konis and Eibach springs but that was in Sept 2018 and sound wasn't present until recently.

I have compressed the shocks in my garage by hand/pressing down on truck but no noise and I can't see anything loose (no lift).

2011 GT/CS 50,000 miles.

Any ideas before I take to the shop?

Check your lower control arms and bushings. I had the same issue and I had to change the lower control arms
