My VMP updated tune.

Just installed my VMP updated tune from Justin and the thing is a true beast now and this is with a stock car. Mine is an auto. I have driven in my friends auto that has a Bama, BBR and Brenspeed tune that he alternates and the VMP is the best of all 3. He is going to get a VMP. Then take the car to the track and test them out.
Can not wait to get my Airaid this spring. Thanks Justin!

Question

Just curious: is this an update you requested or did Justin send them out to all previous owners?

Gotcha, cheers.

I'm still trying to settle on a tune(r). So far I've driven on 93s from Bama, Brenspeed and VMP.

Currently I've driven VMP the most. Solid stuff. I've still yet to try Bama's updated stuff.

Mind If I ask what you had fixed?

Edit: BTW, I'm fully stock as well.

Well I ordered one last night, three tunes all performance tunes; 87, 91 and 93 octane... A little expensive, hopefully will, I would think it would show better gains then the FRPP tune...
I want to dyno it and if I get the tunes before thanksgiving I will more then likely dyno it that week... I will compare the FRPP to the VRM on a dyno... I don't expect large numbers, I am 5000+ feet above sea level and the rule of thumb is 3% HP loss per 1000 feet above sea level...
The only real way to get power at this altitude is some sort of pump, being a turbo or a supercharger and I don’t have that kind of money at the present to spend on a another adder. Will let the curious people know the results…

I don't speak often but when I do, I don't have clue what I am talking about. I just repeat things that I once heard and do not repeat them correctly... My doctor told me it was an ID 10 T problem and it was incurable.
So when I reply to a post or add to a thread I just find the words elsewhere and copy and paste.
