Best made X-pipe..? off road or cats? Help!

Hello! Long time listener, first time caller.

I was wondering if someone could tell me who makes the best x-pipe. Also whether or not I should go with off-road or cats. We dont have sniff in this area so I'd be safe either way. Also, do the mid pipes come with the x-pipe? I already have Flowmaster american thunder axle back and they sound awesome. I have had bad luck in the past with crappy fitting exhaust mostly from MAC and BBK.

2011 GT Premium, black w/ factory appearance pack, black leather 401A w/ grabber blue stripe, Brembo Pkg, 3:73 gears, MT82, Airaid CAI w/ Bama 93 perf, Flowmaster American thunder mufflers, Barton shifter bracket, JLT catch can, Lloyd mats

Well people are going to say the Mac prochamber because of the sound and of course the off road one. Go Full length headers and the prochamber. you will be happy.:kooky:

I told myself never again with MAC products. One too many Fox horror stories with headers and off roads in the past.

I read somewhere (cant remember where) that the H-Pipe gets you 30 more HP? It was said to be a bit better than the X-Pipe? FWIW.

Magnaflow X pipe is really well made and has one of the best designs.

NASCAR uses X pipes....not because it makes less power.

+1
No MAC junk ever again for me. Tons of issues with headers on my 93. Put FRPP ones on and they fit perfect.

Just to clarify... NASCAR uses X pipes on Superspeedway cars only. On those engines, spinning at 8000-9000 RPM, making around 700 HP, the X design gets them about 4-5 HP more than the H pipe design (4 or 5 HP in Sprint Cup is like 100 HP to the rest of us). That's why they use H pipes on every short track, road course, etc.

I have a MagnaDFlow part number 16400 used for sale... 15 miles on the part... IM if interested...

I don't speak often but when I do, I don't have clue what I am talking about. I just repeat things that I once heard and do not repeat them correctly... My doctor told me it was an ID 10 T problem and it was incurable.
So when I reply to a post or add to a thread I just find the words elsewhere and copy and paste.
