With your tune in there, the code on the processor will need to be entered into the ids to start the session. Aka: GTU6. Then it will work just like normal, service functions tab, misfire monitor neutral profile correction reset.

thanks. in a way I feel kind of bad telling the dealership tech what to do. but from what they told me I was the first 2011 to come in with a clutch/pressure plate issue. so they probably don't have any experience yet with this type of issue.

You could tell them to RTFM, since it's spelled out clearly in said manual. Sounds like a good place to take your car though, so maybe not
