questions about future frpp 624 supercharger install

i am planning on installing the frpp 624 supercharger when i get back from Afghanistan, and i was hoping to get some confirmation of a few things from people here who probably know more then i do about a few things. my current mods are lowered suspension, catback exhaust, tune and CAI, and i have 3.55 gears. along with the SC i am planning on getting the McLeod RST Twin Disc Clutch, BBK ceramic longtube headers and xpipe,Ford Racing SVT Front Brake Upgrade Kit from american muscle, as well as the cervini ram air hood ( also from AM). what i was wondering is if there was any confliction with anything, 2 parts that don't mix well. i also wanted to get new lower control arms, but have heard that because of the lowered suspension i have to get adjustable, is that correct or did i miss read the info, also is there anything else i should upgrade that may not be able to hold up with the added power of the SC? sorry for the lenghty post, thanks in advance for any info you may offer.

I just looked up that brake kit and make sure you have wheels that will clear the calipers. I don't THINK the wheels you have in your sig will clear. I could be wrong on that.

If you have the stock California Special wheels like I do they are 19's. I am pretty sure anything over a 18 will accommodate. I could also be wrong on that too.....Anybody know for sure?

i think it does require 18 and up, but i will be getting 20's as well, does anyone know the widest i can get for from and rear without the tires coming out past the body of the car, i figure 305 or 315 should be good at the back and 275 at the front if that fits.
