AdvanceTrac Suggestion for Ford

I looked on a the ford website for a feedback section and didn't find one. Since there are Ford people on this forum figured I post it here.

I often forget which AdvanceTrac mode I'm in (Off, Sport, Traction Control off). I can tell easily that it is on, since the light is off. But the other three modes all have the same indication (yellow/orange) skidding car is lid up.

Wouldn't it be nice if each mode had it's own color:
Off = Red
Traction Control off = Yellow
Sport Mode = Green (For lack of a better color)

The volt meter already does multicolors, if the car is in Acc mode it has a red background, and when the battery is being charged, it has the normal background.

Awesome... would be even better if they could program it on our older cars! Even better would be a better program for the advancetrac. I can not stand when it kicks in and it takes 3-4 seconds for my car to accelerate. And that's downshifting into 3rd at 65-70mph in sport mode....

sorry my own littel rant while I am here.

If your gauges are "on," you are not in ACC mode; you are in RUN mode. (First click is ACC, second click is RUN, third position is START.) Gauges only operate in RUN.

My bad I mean in Run mode, the volt meter has a red background. Thanks for clarifying.

yes, if the gas gauge can turn red when it has low fuel, and the tach can glow red when it hits redline, and the volt meter can glow red when it is reading low, this should not be that hard.
