2011-2012 Automatic Deep Pan with Drain and Dipstick available at Easystreet!

On October 21st Performance Automatic will be releasing their new transmission pan for automatic equipped 2011-2012 5.0s. The pan will feature a dipstick and tube; which most of you know is not on these cars from the factory. The pan is strong cast aluminum and is finned to help cool the trans fluid.

The pan itself holds an additional 3 quarts of fluid over the factory capacity. It also features a drain which coupled with the dipstick tube will make trans fluid changes a snap.

The extra three quarts of fluid will help the torque converter lock-up in modified cars and it also increases the efficiency of the trans in applications where the pressures have been raised.

This product is a must for any modified automatic 2011-2012 Mustang 5.0

Call 513-831-7550 now to place your pre-order.

Thanks,

Chris

Sorry. When I posted the thread it somehow was double-posted. When I noticed the double-post the time had expired to where I could delete it. I answered your question in the other thread and forgot to put it in this one.

The guys at Performance Automatic said that it is about 2 1/2" deeper than the factory pan and shouldn't cause an issue if the car isn't lowered a whole lot.

It would depend on what your shop charges for labor, but you would be looking at about two hours of labor.

On the fluid you could save the factory fluid or I would recommend using new. If you saved the factory fluid and re-used it you would have to add extra due to the extra capacity of this pan.
