Cylinder Misfires

2012 Mustang GT 5.0 - only MOD Airaid CAI (without tune) currently. Have approx 12K km.

My Engine light came on while driving - took it to dealer - they scanned and it showed that Cylinders 1 - 2 - 5 had misfires (1 and 5 had one misfire / 2 had multiple misfires).

Car had been sitting for almost 2 weeks prior to this outing. Never experienced anything prior to this.

Dealer cleared Engine Light and I drove for an hour with no further issues. Had oil change done and drove home - still OK.

Took it out 2 days later and no issues. Just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar.

Thanks in advance.

Sometime last year I was getting ready to drive home from work and as soon as I started the engine it ran like it was on 7 cylinders and the 'Wrench Light' was flashing. I immediately shut it off and started it back up again and it was fine. This happened once over a year ago and has not surfaced again since.

I remember my Camaro always used to misfire if I leave it sitting for couple weeks. After the initial misfires everything would just smooth out. I never got to figure out why it was doing that but I think in my case it was in the tune.
