When this happens (Like what the OP experienced) You MUST CHECK Ford TSB 13-6-15 (Perform Crankshaft O Ring Installation)........

Just Bumping this Thread to make it Newer, as this issue has come up to some that are unaware.......

I just had a set of JBA headers and off road X pipe installed on a 2014 Mustang GT 5.0. Since then, my air/fuel ratio is in constant oscillation. I don't have O2 extensions. This even has several tuners puzzled. Any ideas?
