bump steer kit needed for big drop?

i am pretty sure the answer to this is "yes", but i wanted to do a little more brain picking before i order the steeda bump steer kit. i'm getting rid of my steeda ultra lites that have a mild drop, and replacing them with H&R super sports that have a 1.7 F and 2.4 R drop. quite a big difference. i will need an alignment anyway, so might be worth just getting the bump steer kit to get the geometry back in check and be safe. if it's not needed though, i'd love to not spend the 160 bux, plus install them.

It looks like you have Steeda everything else so you might as well call them to confirm but for almost 2" in the front, yes.

I dont think that every alignment shop will know how to setup the bumpsteer kit correctly.

You will probably need a bumpsteer kit for that much drop, to be certain with the vehicle on the ground compare the outer tie rod to the lower control arm, they should be parallel, but with that much drop you can safely assume you should do the bumpsteer kit.

i will get the spacers correct, and then all they have to do is adjust the toe the same way they would with the stock tie rod ends. steeda will be able to tell me what spacer to set it on based on my drop of 1.7' in front.
