GT mustang 2013 Fuel filter and stablizers ?

Hey guys

Am running 31,000 km on my car

and I think its time to do some cleaning on the car.

I was wondering if there was a fuel filter in my Mustang ?

and if there's one where is it located ? and Can u supply a link where i can buy it.

also, I would like to ask which are the best fuel stabilizers and injector cleaners ?

and how are they used ?

thanks guys

No replaceable fuel filter on the Mustang anymore.

No need for injector cleaner so long as you are running good gas.

And no need for fuel stabilizers unless you are storing the car for long periods.

I think I might need the injector cleaner because the fuel we use here is not very clean , so how can I clean the injectors and do you recommend any certain type ?

I use Sta-bil fuel stabilizer when storing for the winter.

Chevron Techron is a popular fuel system cleaner. Royal Purple and Amsoil also have fuel system cleaners.

Really, it would have to be some really bad gas to have fouled the injectors after only 31,000 km.

I'd be trying to find a better place to buy my gas if I were you.

Avoid additives like stabilizers, injector cleaners, boosters, etc, they don't do any good and do bad things to your oil.

The injectors on this cars are self cleaning. Don't waste your money on those silly products. Stabilizer is good if the car will set for 6 months or longer. But is not needed if its used more frequently.

Is it built into the fuel pump or something? That's odd.
