Dyno Results! Roush TVS 11 GT

11 GT M6, Roush TVS, 79mm pulley, ID1000 injectors, Roush CAI, ID1000 injectors, VMP Tune.
Kooks axlebacks. Rest is all stock. Stock Cats, headers and all.

618.62rwhp / 511 lb.ft (the torque is in NM in the chart).
The red line is with 85mm pulley, airbox and vmp tune. Gained 56rwhp with 79mm and CAI.

I am quite surprised how the torque curve peak shifted to upper rpms with CAI.
The car still makes monster torque all the way but see that shift in torque peak compared to 85mm / airbox setup?

to be honest.. i m not sure if this is how its supposed to be. I am still convinced that the torque in lower and mid rpm range should be higher. sent the logs to Justin for review.

what do you guys think?

The torque is right. The CAI shifts the power/tq curve up. Justin has said this before.

Those are awesome numbers for the mods you have listed. I might have to look into those Roush/TVS blowers myself.

Nice, my next step is the 79mm pulley and injectors to increase the low end torque pull. I am still enjoying the 85mm pulley and JLT intake and seeing how the pulley really didn't do that much on the low end, might mean I won't see the increase I was hoping to get out of it. Does it feel like it has more power in the low end until the rpm the curves start to separate at or is it about the same feeling (as the dyno results are showing)?

Biggest difference between our setups is I have LT headers and o/r x-pipe.

2011 GT Sterling Gray Metallic - Roush Supercharger 85mm Pulley, JLT Big Air Intake, VMP Tune, Stainless Work 1-7/8" Long Tube Headers, O/R X-Pipe, Retro Muffler, Tokico D-Spec, Steeda Ultralite springs, BMR LCA&ReLoBrackets, J&M PHB, Tremec Magnum XL, McLeod RXT, Aluminum Driveshaft, 4.10, Eaton TrueTrac, Moser Axles

there is a 525 and a 625 kit right? Whats the difference? Pulley size and configuration of the tune? When someone buys a kit like this and installs it themselves does it come with a tune? I would imagine it would be better to have it professionally dyno tuned at your local dyno.

I thought the base kit now for the 5.0 is 575 hp. Then there's a phase 2 and phase 3 upgrade, at 625 and 675 hp respectively.

That is correct. As of 2013 the phase 1 kit is 575 hp. Just a JDM tune bumps it up above 600 hp.

I had it installed at Roush in Plymouth MI July 2012 shortly after the increase from 540 to 575 hp for the phase 1. The cost of the supercharger was $6099.99. They charged $1260.00 labor. $366 tax Shop Supplies $37.80. Total $7763.79
