looking for experience from people that have installed M.M.R billet oil pump gears. just bought a set and of course that's when i start seeing posts on sites about tolerance issues, scraping, tight etc.
rumours or go ahead and install them? any help appreciated

I can"t speak for the product,as I have not had any experience with it,but as for the lack of comments, I think most folks feel like I do,if it ain"t broke don"t fix it.so I would have too say 99% of the folks on this site are still running there stock Ford oil pump.
Ok I'm curious. I have read about boosting putting extra stress on the oil pump gears. However I just don't understand how or why. Can someone explain this to me?
