the first side i cut i cut a triangle section out. Then i noticed that if i just cut the lip of the whole side (1 straight cut) it was easier to cut, it looked better and worked just as well. so if your going to try it i suggest you just cut the lip off. I used a hack saw and a clamp to hold it. Wasnt to bad.
