Seat Bolts

I have a bit of an issue getting my seat bolts back in. I have one stuck half way and on the passanger side it has a regular grade five bolt just laying in it. my car was a owned by ford corporate so I guess a ford tech had issues too.

does anyone know what size tap I need to chase the threads? the bolt is listed as a 10mmx27mm but I can only seem to find a 10x1.25. I tried running a bolt through the 10x1.25 die and it is not the right pitch. I cant seem to find x27mm pitch. also what options do I have if the one with the half inch bolt is stripped to large?

10mm bolts come in two pitches --1.0mm and 1.25mm.
