2012 mustang gt won't start after battery and dashboard disconnected for hours

I need some help here. I have a 2012 mustang gt and I had the battery disconnected for a few hours, I had everything in the dash board disconnected and the dash board out of the car. When i reconnected everything, everything worked fine, gauges, radio, keyless entry, but the car won't start. Doesn't turn over, doesn't click, NOTHING!

The security system probably has something to do with it not starting.

the security system syncs the IPC (instrument panel cluster), the SJB (smart junction box) and the ECM (engine control module) and allows the car to start. I bet all the lights are on in the dash and the little car with a key in it is on or flashing, right?

If so, tow it to Ford and have them force as-built data back onto the comps.
