2013 Boss 302 issues

when my car had 12434 miles on it the clutch would stick to the floor or just drop to the floor causing miss shifts and horrible noises, took it to several different ford dealers (3 to be exact) and they all told me the same thing that they wouldn't work on it even tho it was under warranty, so I had the last dealer call Ford and tell them that they wouldn't work on the car, so they sent me to another ford dealership, has any one else had these issues, now the car has 18000 miles or so the clutch is gone and 2nd and 4th gear are damaged the dealer ship says it probably wont be covered under warranty, frustrated

well that sounds awful. If they wont fix it, I would do a transmission swap. At least then you will get all new parts and a solid transmission.

But i hope you can get someone to fix yours under warranty.

What was their excuse for not working on it? Especially since they apparently agree that it is a warranty issue.

Is the car modded ? There must be a reason they won't work on it.

I am wondering and thinking as well that there is missing information and the whole story hasn't been told. Something doesn't make sense.

Contact Deysha, the Ford rep here on the site by PM. She has been known to work wonders.

If there are no extreme mods done to your car then there should be no issue about repairing your transmission. For god sakes this is a BOSS 302 you should be able to daily drive this car all week to work, then take it to road course on weekends and have fun with it. That is the whole idea behind the concept of this car. For someone to say "we think you have taken this car to the road course now we are not going to honor the warranty" that's ********.

There have been zero mods the car is 100% stock the first dealership told me that they were stuck with the bill for the first and 2nd mt82 they delt with ford claimed abuse, the 2nd dealership said they didn't have a transmission specialist and the 3rd I made them call the ford customer care folks and tell them that they wouldn't work on a ford while it was still under warranty, ford then conference called me with the dealership that im currently dealing with and set the appointment up. the car has never been on a track, but it does have a track key and a video that came with the car showing you how to take it to the road course or even set up launch control to drag race all im looking for is if someone else has had a similar issue and if so what did they do, there's no missing info I've reported this problem to ford, several times had there service managers call customer care I love the car and it does not have a scratch on it,
