Something tells me a GT350R is going to be hard to come by new or used. And by the time unscrupulous dealers mark them up you will be lucky to get one under 75K.

My base model 14 GT didn't come with one but I bought a new stock take off brace off of Ebay for $99 shipped. I can't tell a difference but I like the looks of it so it was worth it to me.

you can get a Boss 302 Strut Tower Brace on sale at CJ Pony Parts for $70. Even if you do it just for looks, that's a really cheap mod.

Do the 2005-10 strut bars fit the 2011-14? The 05-10 appear to be cheaper and look about the same...

American Muscle lists some of them for 2005-2014, so I think one from 2007 should fit my 2012. Either way, I'm going to buy a strut brace with some of my Christmas money. Just debating between the black one from ST performance and the one from Megan Racing. Thanks for all the replies.

The only one that will work with my car is a Steeda (at least thats all I could find) because of the super charger and it ended up costing over $250. I feel it makes a difference, I wouldn't say huge but I can tell.

I looked deeper into the Megan racing and I think it's all for show. It has 4 bolt on slots to each strut, but the bar has a hinge on either side. I'm not an engineer, but the only scenario where I think that would help is if one strut is tilting and the other isn't, but in any turn where they're tilting together it can't do anything. That in mind, I'm going with the SR performance. Seems like the most stable for the price ($120). Unless someone has a used one they wana part with

I second the looking for a used one on the cheap, if anyone has taken off their stock GT strut tower brace and is in the bay area I might be interested.

This morning I finally bit the bullet and bought one. Got the Boss 302 bar from CJPony for $69. I was going to get the SR performance from eBay for $120 but noticed it said ST wheras it says SR on AM ($150). Seemed like it may be a knockoff, plus Moneys tight. Regardless, I can't wait til it arrives.

I installed one on my 2012 V6 and noticed very definite improvement in its handling for the way I drive. I drive like grandpa, but the difference was primarily noticed on these tight circular exit ramps that take you from one expressway onto another. There was quite a bit less lean in the turn. I don't understand why the brace doesn't come standard with all models. Was it worth it? YES!!!
