Difference Between Nav and Non Nav Steering Wheels

Is there a difference between the two steering wheels? The reason I ask is the bottom spoke and right spoke have peeled away pretty bad on my car. I found I can buy those parts, but the site says a Non Nav steering wheel cost $7 more per piece. I was just wondering if there is actually a difference. I don't see one.

I've got 2x 2014 Premium GT's, one has Nav. System, the other does not. I see no differences between the two. There may be some technical differences behind the outwardly appearance that I'm not aware of however.

I doubt there is any difference. I have a nav system on my 2012, and none of the buttons on the steering wheel have anything specific to do with navigation.
