A little better walk around would help out better. If it coming from the passenger side, drivers side, front of the engine, from underneath? If the engine vibrates and idles rough it could be a valvetrain issue. Any aftermarket items on the car?

Ok....That's a start... What have you done to the exhaust? Just mufflers? Offroad mid pipe? Headers?

Not a real clear clip...

Does it change with the AC on/off?
Think there was a TSB regarding the belt tensioner/idler pulley.

You're not giving much information for people to go on and you haven't answered most of my questions from my first post. Again, a better walkaround video would help too. From the front, both sides, underneath, etc. It matters if you want any kind of informed guess about an engine noise over the internet.
