Another Tune question

New member here and I know people ask a thousand tune questions but I was just curious if any one has ran a MPT race tune for awhile and to know if its safe on the car? I've been running mine for over a week and love it. It shifts hard and has quite a bit more power compared to another tune I had. I just wonder how safe it is. Stock motor by the way.

Yep, try a search on "tune" and you'll have about a thousand threads to read.

For the engine, the tune should be "safe" as long as it is not causing any pinging.

For the tranny, those hard shifts would bother me a little . . . but I'm pretty sure that in a few of those threads somewhere, someone said the firm shifts are actually better for the transmission.

The tuners have had 5+ years to get the tunes right, so you should be GTG. Just make sure you use the correct fuel for your tune.
