Angry Front Suspension Creak...& THUD!

Hey everyone, I have been going back and forth to the dealer for weeks now trying to get this fixed and to no avail it is still not repaired yet. The noise can be heard here:
https://youtu.be/Kdv546CMU2s

Its a creak up and down on large bumps and if the suspension compresses enough, a large THUD is heard just as the springs start to rebound. The dealer claims not to be able to hear it, but I listen to it everyday coming home from work. I already had the TSB done for the lower control arms that were replaced but that didn't fix anything. Any other ides or info would be great!

I have a 2013 GT with about 54k on the odometer.

If tech can't hear that, then he is deaf. Try to get another tech to take it for a drive or find another dealer. My guess would be an upper strut mount.

Sounds like a strut or strut mount to me as well.

The problem I have with dealers around here, is that they won't let you take them on a test drive, and they won't let you ride during the test drive. It's no wonder they can never hear or replicate a problem.

It a tech/writer actually drove your car and couldn't hear that, they were either lying or didn't try to find the problem. IMO
