2013 5.0 CEL P0300 O Ring Relearn Question??

My 2013 5.0 Manual trans car had the P030X issues and after a diagnostic from the dealership, they installed the O-ring on the CKP sensor and did the relearn. My question and concern is that the car is notably sluggish off the line and not as responsive prior to have the O-Ring install and relearn performed. Is this normal and will improve or should I take back to the dealer to have it reprogrammed??

Any thoughts and comments appreciated!
Regards,
Tim

I don't know. Below is a picture of what was performed. Beyond that I will have to call. I bought the vehicle a little over 1 1/2 years ago, and the power drop is noticeable to me.
