Adding Factory Type Rear View Camera

I have a 2014 Mustang GT premium that came with backup sensing but no rear camera. The car has a nice large digital display but is only used for Nav, media and environment.

How difficult and expensive to add factory style rear view camera ?

ie: is the harness wiring already present ? where does it interface the display ?

Has any reader any experience in doing this ?

Not plug and play. You need the spoiler that accepts the camera, the camera itself and you'll need to harness it up and use a lockpick or similar to get it to interface with the factory display. It's not a tiny undertaking, wish it was.

I looked at this as well. I have the same setup as you. It looks like close to $1000 to do it. Why do the rear sensors but no camera?

Over the hill and picking up speed!
