I have a 2011 GT/CS with stock Halogen headlights that are crap at best. Tried several Led Bulbs, from cheap to very expensive. Not much if any improvement. Have you tried any bulbs or new projector headlights that work? Hate to keep spending money with no good results. Live in the country and dodging deer in the dark ain't no fun.
There was a thread on here I think, a while back, that talked about replacing the wiring to the lights with heavier gage wire to improve the voltage delivered to the headlights and it supposedly made a huge difference. Maybe you can find it with the search . . . and I think the parts (wiring harness?) are available from common parts place, Summit maybe?
You can try putting a small led bar behind the bumper and wiring it to the battery that should give you a lot of light output for the darker areas. As for the headlights try a projector retrofit. Good luck!
Looked at the threads and the harness might be a winner for the headligts. Thanks and I'm looking into the harness now.
This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Please consider creating a new thread.
