Paint issue on trunk lid (over emblem)

Hey guys, on my '14 GT I have noticed that right over the GT emblem on the trunk, the paint (I think clear coat) is discoloring or something. I don't know what the freak it is, but I only recently noticed this

pics show what is going on.

This has been a reported problem with the back panel. There are some threads that either got replaced under warranty. Other instances the panel had to be repainted.
