2012 GT Convertible roof leaking, but can't find the leak

I thought I had a simple problem of my rear drains being blocked ó they were ó got them unclogged, but I'm still getting water in the rear and in the trunk. After going over the car, I can't find a leak anywhere....if a need a new roof, fine, but if it is some other issue and I spend $1K to get the roof done, I'll be kicking myself. Anyone else have similar issues?

2012 Candy red GT convertible premium, MT82, comfort package. Black int/black roof.

Garage
I had the same issue with a previous car. I dried everything inside the trunk including all the sides as that's where the water is going to run down. Closed the trunk and everything and took the garden hose and just deluged the back of the car. I could actually see where the water had run down. The leak was on the chassis underneath the left quarter panel, which i had to remove, and just fixed with hardening silicone.

This is the way to find it. Flashlight. Towel. Someone you can trust on the outside and take the fob with you, too. had to do that on my 71 convertible 9less the fob).
