Has Anyone Actually Used a Brochure Rebate?

Has anyone actually used a brochure rebate on an ordered car? My coupon refers to taking "delivery from dealer stock." How are dealers handling this?

Your car is part of Dealer Stock, except he is holding it for you to purchase.

The $750 coupon worked for me. As well as the current $500 cash offer. And my car will prob spend less than 60 min on a dealer lot.

Delivery prep and i am peeling out of there.

Excuse my ignorance, but what $500 rebate are you guys talking about? I can't find that anywhere on Ford, Edmunds, etc.

If your dealer claims they don't know, they are not being forthcoming. I didnt know about the $500 deal, let alone if it can be combined with my $750 coupon. My dealer/salesman Mark @ Price Ford offered it to me on the final paperwork.

I couldn't find any evidence of it either, but heard about it on this forum and asked Ford CS about it. They said yes, it expires 7/6. When I picked up my car yesterday, they gave me that $500, plus the $750 coupon rebate.

Worked for me, I also got the $500 rebate and the 0% financing. All three no problems. But that was at the end of May.
Good luck.

Blubyu,

I believe you are correct. One private, $750., One public, $500.

I also am returning a 08GT low mile lease and on a purchase of the 2011 GT am getting $ a $1500. Customer loyality credit. Total $2750.

'Also buying the car at dealer invoice.. Can't pass it up...A lot of car for the money at that point...

Good Luck !

I also got the $750, the $500, and 0% for 36 mo from Ford Credit when I took delivery May 22nd.

All on a $100 over invoice "retail order" deal.

The catch is that the Ford incentive deals work on Retail Orders only "IF" your car arrives while the promotion is still in effect.

It can be like winning the lottery so it is best that you never "expect" to get any incentives especially ones that are in place at the time you ordered.

None of these incentives were in place when I ordered in late Feb and never dreamed that ANYTHING would be available for 2011's this early in the model year. I first found out about these promotions in mid April when I finally had a VIN number.

Absolutely NOT TRUE!!!!!

I am doing some serious research right now on rebates and discounts (remember the thread I made about the $3000 in rebates I was getting on the Sonata, and trying to find as much $$$ as possible from Ford?). When I'm finished (few more days) I will have the most comprehensive listing of rebates and discounts Ford is offering on the Mustang that I would be glad to share with all of you.

Meanwhile, I have discovered that "Public" offers can be combined for as many as you find. Right now I've found a page on the Ford website that combines FOUR separate discounts of "Public" offers on an F150 XLT for a total savings of $5500 !!!!!

2010 Ford F-150 | Your Incentives & Offer Results | FordVehicles.com

What IS apparently true is that it appears you can only use one "PRIVATE" offer per purchase. This means a rebate that is closed to everyone except a particular group of people. An example is the Police discount, the Military discount, or the American Quarter Horse Assn. discount. If you're a retired military guy who is currently a cop and owns a Quarter Horse, you can have the $500 rebate from any ONE of them; you can't combine all three for a total of $1500

Can anyone disprove this, please?
