2011 Mustang GT Paint Problem

I just bought a new 2011 Mustang GT (Black) a few weeks ago. Already have 1,500 miles on it. I was washing it today and noticed this "mark" on the passenger side mirror. It doesn't look like someone hit the mirror, the paint just kind of "worn away" down to the plastic.

Is this covered under the bumper to bumper warranty?

Yes. Wifes 2010 with polished aluminum wheels started to corrode from the center caps. Very slight, but they replaced all 4 rims under warranty.
