I'm tired of the boring head rests.

So I want to do a bit of a personal touch on my head rests by getting the running pony stitched into them. I was thinking a red pony with a white outline. But I have a few questions, have any of ya'll tried this? And how hard is it to remove the cloth cover from the head rest. And if anyone is from Jacksonville, Florida and knows of a place I could get this done that would also be quite helpful. Thanks for any info and opinions!
