Borla Customer Service
There are lots of posts on here regarding excellent customer service, but I wanted to share my experience with Borla. I ordered the S-Type Cat Back system and to make a long story short, there were some fitting issues with the connection between the over axle pipe and muffler. Also, hangers on one of the mufflers had to be bent at least 1/2 inch (possibly damaged during shipment). As much as I tried, I could not get the over alxe to muffler connections to properly seal (all the connections from cat back were loose).
I sent Borla an e-mail explaining the problems encountered. David Borla immediately sent me an e-mail asking what they could do to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Almost before I could respond, Greg sent me an e-mail indicating a new system was being sent to me. Greg also called me when the mufflers were shipped. Although Fed-Ex delivered to the wrong address, I received my new exhaust system and installed it yesterday. The new system fit like a glove with no leaks whatsoever.
I just wanted to share my positive experience with the Mustang community and publicly thank David and Greg for going the extra mile to satisfy a customer..........I'm definately a permanent customer..........thanks again guys!!
By the way............system sounds awesome!!!!!
