Any Suggestions? Can Bama combine tune characteristics?

I'd like to start with the 93 race tune and plug in the street tune's comfy shift schedule and it's low end grunt, but without giving up throttle response or top end.

For me that would be ideal. Can this be done?

Yes, been done many times. You just have to call and talk to them and tell them what you want.

The shifting on the perf tune is closer to the street, but the low end is least present in the performance tune

Call or email them and tell them exactly what you're looking for.

I love the race tune but on my Auto, the shifting at 500rpm past redline freaks me out. a bit. I had them change it on the tune before the cai to right at 6000rpm (redline for my car)

Havent changed the new one yet and I've been running the performance tune last week or so and I think you're right about it having the least low end noticability. I do like it on wot though. And my gas mpg is up about 1-2, but it could be I dont floor it as often because since I went to the performance tune I've lost those nice chirps when changing gears.

In fact, I'm going to email them right now, so thanks for getting me motivated

Oak Lawn Chris is exactly right. You can give our Bama tuning specialists a call any time during their business hours/number listed under Bama direct in my signature. We create a Street, Performance and Race option and usually these options are enough so that everyone can find the tune they were after. However, occasionally there's one or two things that someone wants tweaked for their particular commute, driving style, etc.

Give the Bama guys a call and tell them exactly what you're after. They'll make the changes for you and send it out immediately! Hope this helps, and report back to let us know how it goes...
