Hard To Believe But It's Here.

Last Wednesday my Ford CRC rep calls to tell me that my car is on Quality Hold & won't be here by the 4th of July. Thursday a FCS rep posts that my car is part of a Stop Ship Order. That evening my salesman calls telling me my car is in. Talk about confusing, my head was spinning. Friday, I go to the dealership & have some concerns, because of the Qualtiy Holds. I ask what the specific issues were & what, if anything was done to remedy them. The sales manager informs me that Ford has been lying to me to keep me off the dealership's back. Who can I believe? At least the car is nice.

My car was on hold two weeks but was perfect when it arrived, so I'd not worry. And similar to your story, the status from FCS was still "awaiting transport" when the flatbed pulled up at the dealership.

Congrats and have fun with your new ride!

If you love your dog, get a microchip, they really work! My lost dog was back home in just under 24 hours thanks to the good citizens who called the county and the microchip that told animal control exactly where he lived.

Sorry about this experience The Sheriff. As you know, I do research the info before I provide it to you all. From the history on Vehicle Visibility, it never showed shipped and the last update I received was the stop ship info. Glad to know your vehicle is home and I hope you enjoy it. Congrats!!
