Wheel polish/cleaner/buffer

I just had Ford dealer fix my Brembo Wheel because they scratched it up really bad when they REPLACED A TIRE OF ALL THINGS!!!!!!!!!!! No excuse for such a [email protected]#k up but that's another story. They actually did fix all the imperfections on the rest on the rims and these things look they they came from the factory. Is there an aftermarket polish, cleaner, buffer to buy that I can use on occasion to keep the wheels looking as good as they do now. I clean the car once a week so the dirt build up on the wheels is minimal but they've never looked this good (other than the day I picked it up at the delaer) Any suggestions? Thanks,
