Roush bumper blackout

I really like how Roush did their bumper blackout. Is there anything similar available from other vendors?

Yes but without pre-cut templates it will be really hard to make it clean.

you can make your own using poster board, ive done that for all my vinyl and it comes out great, did my full blackout panel that way, and i even had cutouts for my emblems so i didnt have to tough them.

Any body shop can do that with paint in about a half hour. Or you could even do it yourself with some masking tape, newspaper, a Scotchbrite pad, and this.
