One gripe with my car..

Ok, I love my car except for one factor...

it seems to be a bird magnet. And when i say that i mean bird poo poo. I dont know if
it is the race red color or what but i find it becoming a common occurence.

Sometimes it is alrdy there when i start my car but sometimes it isnt when i get in but when i get home it is smeared all over hood.

I love my mustang and so does birds!:kooky:

This common to anyone else? /rant.

I don't have any proof but I'm convinced that red cars attract bird poo. I've owned 3 red Mustangs over the past 23 years. When I worked at a car dealer with a bunch of bird attracting trees on the property I'd find my red Mustang, and just my Mustang, covered in bird crap. The other cars in the area, mostly Hondas with bland paint colors, would have maybe 1 crap while my car would have about 50. This seemed to be worse in the fall and spring when birds were migrating.

aha!
Study confirms my suspicion lol.
These car colors attract the most bird poop

"red vehicles made up 18 percent of cars marked by birds, while blue followed along in second place at 14 percent. "

I just saw this today. I complain about them crapping on my Kona Blue car all the time. Blue is the number two color!

Garage
I'm thinking about starting a movement to cut down all trees within in 100 feet of any street, highway, parking lot, driveway-pretty much anywhere my car may be parked to eliminate (well ok, lower) the probablity of my Kona blue car from getting dive bombed

Gettin really tired of having to practice depoopification every day, lol
