Dealer won't fix problem
I'm in the same boat. I have a video and even had the service rep ride with me. He heard the problem, but the "Service Manager" couldn't replicate so they told me to come pick my car up. They had it for 3 days and they made me schedule my "Warranty Appointment" 2 weeks out. They basically shame you for trying to get your car fixed and make you feel like an idiot when you start pulling out videos and TSB numbers. Then they had the audacity to tell me that if I brought it back I would pay for the repairs because my Ford Premium Warranty wouldn't cover wear and tear. Holy crap I only have 2500 miles on the car. What the hell kind of wear and tear is that? Luckily I've got a good attorney and enough motivation to slam them on every single website I can find. Hence this post.
I tried to PM the Ford CustServ profile, but the inbox was full. I do think this whole Ford Social media thing is a great idea. More companies should do it. Maybe they will fix problems before guys like me make it their hobby to speak-out.
