I have Roush axel backs and have yet to set off an alarm unless I really try to. You might get an occasional chirp from an alarm when you first start it but it isnt bassy enough to set them off completely unless you rev it up high.

I don't run with the fogs on, and I like the contrast on the car, not crazy about all black/dark.

I love the blacked out look but not everybody does. Its still a clean look. btw how are the raxioms? I keep hearing that the smoked have poor visibility at night.

They come focused way down, basically only the top of the light hits the road and only illuminates the first 5 feet in front of the car. Once they're installed grab a 5/16 socket and adjust them till they're at the proper level. Thy're no HID, but once focused they are as good as the stock lamps.

I'm in a garage with about 55 other cars and I know if I put some axlebacks on it alarms will be going off everytime I start her up and the garage attendants would not be happy people. Plus too many knuckleheads want to race when they hear a loud car and even though I'm not into it they end up doing stupid things to show off and end up endangering others. I enjoy riding in my car, I want it to look nice, and yes I'll open it up every now and then, when the road conditions permit.
Where did u get your sub at and how hard was it to hook up? I want to upgrade the base gt stereo and think this would work well for me. I don't want anything too crazy or something that renders the trunk useless. What all was required to put this in?

This is where I purchased the sub from:
05-11 Shelby/Kicker 10 Subwoofer Kit 05-11 Shelby/Kicker 10 Subwoofer Kit [KA-10-WOOFER] - $584.99 : Shelby Performance Parts Discounted by Champion Mustang, Shelby Parts, Shelby GT500 Parts, Shelby Super Snake, Shelby Apparel, Shelby GT500 Shirts, S

I can't give any info on the install as I had it done at a shop. I don't have the patience for that kind of work.

Here are the instructions for installing the whole Shelby/Kicker upgrade kit. The sub instructions are in there.
