22hrs - Bismarck, ND to Seattle, WA.
I would not recommend eating many carbs, starches, salts or sugars. Eat some protein rich foods, not many nuts, granola bars, dried fruits are good and water (smartwater is the best, for the electrolytes). Oh, and be sure to get a nice rest the previous two nights (but don't over sleep).
