Procal Axle Ratio/Tire Diameter Questions

I understand that the Procal allows one to define the diameter of the tires and set the axle ratio.

I'm led to believe from what I read that the tire diameter is an 'enter the number' type of data, but the axle ratio is picked from a predetermined list. Is that correct, and if so, what are the 'choices' on the list? Seems like I've read that 3.73 is the lowest ratio; what's the highest? 2.73?

Also, does anyone know the tolerance WRT differences in front/back wheel diameter that one must not exceed? For example, recent Corvettes have larger rear wheel/tire combinations and the PCM has entries for both front and rear diameter. I assume the Procal is only affecting driven wheel (rear) diameter, but at some point a difference will screw up ABS/ESC/etc.

No experience with procal, but if it's anything like SCT, they give you a rear end axle ratio(2.72-4.56+????) and a tire revs per mile(500-900).. To answer you f/r difference, I have 285/35/19 in rear and 255/40/19's in front(IMO, this is enough of a difference to slightly skew ABS/TCS/AdvanceTrac, and yes, there is no adjustment for F/R on our car, at least not that I've found)
