Best sounding exhaust for the new 5.0 coyote?

What's everyone's opinion on the best sounding axleback you can get and the best sounding catback? If you say borla please specify which type s-type or atak? I'm so ready to go with something I may just pick with any minnie mighty moe. But so don't want to be dissappointed as I have heard some are. Sound and loudness is my main concern but better performance couldn't hurt none either. I like more of the deep rumble type no high pitch raspy stuff. Thanks.

Ask 12 people and get 12 different answers. From what I have read the popular axle-backs are Borla S-Type, Roush, and the FR GT500's. Good luck.

We don't need duplicate threads.

As stated above, this is 100% preference and is up to you to search and decide.

I like my GT500's. I wish they were a tad louder (O/R H-pipe will fix that), but the tone and rumble is perfect.

If you do plan on swapping out H-pipes or catless, then be very leery of certain axlebacks. When you start messing with more exhaust parts they tend to get incredibly loud. The Roush's get alot of complaints once you start doing more exhaust work.

Roush ABs. Love the race sound when you get on it or down shift to a stop. Warning they are pretty loud if you get the RPMs up.

Borla ATAK sounds absolutely amazing in person. I've had it on my car for almost a year and I never get tired of it! There is also NO drone whatsoever at any RPM which is important for most of us.

This is subject to opinion. Easy creating so many exhaust threads. It's easily one of the most discussed topics. I would strongly recommend searching some previous posts for pointers too.

@ miteymike8175: Why do you start a duplicate thread, since you've already started one on the GT tech? Duplicate threads are useless.

Can't agree more! Just do the GT500's...you won't be disappointed. If you are, at least you're not deep outta pocket. You'll be paying double for similar axle backs that don't compare IMO.

All of this. But especially the first sentence.

OP, hit up youtube or attend some local meets. There are exhausts out there that I absolutely hate, but people buy them. Nobody can give you "the" answer here.
