I remember seeing that on AM at one point, check them out first.

Also, why in gods name would you want to delete the seat?? It's light enough back there.

Tousley Ford has the Boss LS rear seat delete kit on sale for $935.00

Tousley Ford Parts Depot

Steeda has theirs on sale for 20% off

http://www.steeda.com/store/new-mustang-products.html

I don't speak often but when I do, I don't have clue what I am talking about. I just repeat things that I once heard and do not repeat them correctly... My doctor told me it was an ID 10 T problem and it was incurable.
So when I reply to a post or add to a thread I just find the words elsewhere and copy and paste.

Steeda X-Brace for $299.95:

Steeda 2005-13 Mustang Rear Seat Chassis X-Brace - Made in USA 555-5089

It doesn't come with the actual delete kit, but it's a decent start for 1/3 the price of the full kits.

Actually installs behind the seats, but you can always pluck them out.

Worthless how? If you in terms of putting people back there, they are far from worthless. Please head to an Audi dealer and drive a TT. Those are worthless.

Had a rear seat delete in my '88 but those old seats were HEAVY. When I re-covered the '11 seats I was shocked how light they were. Other than getting the look you may want the weight savings (if any) isn't worth the cash at all.

A person on the Boss 302 forum removed the back seats, nuts bolts you name it and weighed it... total weight was like 36 pounds...

Plus on several occasions I have needed to fold the rear seats down to carry large/long items. You would loose that capability with the rear seat delete and x brace. It's all in what you what though.

No one ever sits on my rear seats but with the premium package colour keyed stripes. I personally like the way the sets look back there. As for weight savings, not enough to bother with, IMO.

Since when did this become the "I don't agree with you, so you're wrong" forum?

Geez, the guy asked where to find a product.
I'm surprised that half of the folks here even own a Mustang, you should have talked yourself out of one by now!

I like the way the car looks with the brace/seat delete, if I didn't have to carry the occasional passenger back there, mine would be gone.
