Heartthrob exhaust - exhaust leaks

I just insalled heartthrob h pipe exhaust to borla s type axle backs and im having issues with a bunch of exhaust leaks. It seems atleast half of the clamps are leaking. I tighten the clamps down almost as tight as they will go but they still are leaking. Does any one have suggestions to fix this?

I was thinking of running the car for a little and letting the heat expand the metal which will hopefully help seat the clamps a little more tightly. Would that work?

I have a hearthrobe stem as well. I have slight leaks at the clamp area where the pipes join to the convertors. once it warms up the noise goes away.
You could try taking the clamps off and smearing high temperature silicone on the joints then reinstalling the clamps. have done this in the past on exhaust leaks and it worked.

I have been thinking about doing an H pipe with my borla s exhaust as well. Could you do a vid of the exhaust and throw it up here? Im trying to see if an aftermarket H will take out some of the rasp and make a nice deep tone more similar to the old 4.6.

I had trouble with the clamps holding so I had everything welded at an exhaust shop.

I might try that. honestly I might just take it down to a shop and have them weld it together.

Did you experience the leaks? Did you have a shop install it?
