There's a few different things that could be going on here, that I definitely want to take a look into for you. Shoot me a PM with your order number included and I'll have my head tuning specialist, Mike Wilson contact you directly! He'll be able to help you troubleshoot and should have you squared away in just a few minutes.

We send out thousands of tunes and build them all from the ground up for your PCM code and your mods. They're not just "canned" tunes, they're built custom by our team, so every once in a while it's possible we mess one up! We'll definitely get it straightened out for you, if this is the case.

Done. Here's to hoping for progress.

Okay so I know for sure it isn't anything on the car because I just drove 180 miles on the stock tune and had zero codes except for the no cat codes the whole way and back. Which narrows this down to something on Bamas side.....

I'm glad to see you've narrowed things down a bit. It sounds like we definitely have a few adjustments to make within the tune! I've sent your information over to my head tuning specialist who will be contacting you shortly.

Hang in there, you'll be enjoying your tune in no time!

Bad 02 censors are a P0051 code. Had that come up several times in my first 2013 5.0. Only modds was a H-pipe, GT500 muffs, 85mm TB, and SCT canned tune. The 02's will not heat up fast enough or got overheated and now function incorrectly. But P219A is def not 02's 100% not. Vacuum or exhaust, check, then check your memory for any recent overspeed runs where your rpm went above 7000 rpm (6850 rpm is the 5.0's oem cutoff) and 7000 rpm is usually apart of canned tunes such as the SCT canned strategy tunes. You have to have a custome tune to bump your rpm limit up over 7000 rpm as far as I can tell.

If you've had your car tuned, or put a canned tune on other than a Ford Procal, don't take it to a dealer. Your warranty will be voided. Ford has made it VERY clear even a panel drop in air filter is unacceptable. The dealers can tell when a car has been tuned. The tune leaves a small tell-tale mark in the ECU and in a few other places where parameters have been adjusted beyond factory tolerances.
