That was fast. Already back into a Mustang.

I traded in the 5.0 two weeks ago on a new 2013 tacoma. Today I found a 1997 Cobra. Has 148k on it, but it is immaculate! ! No dings, chips, nothing. It has black chrome cobra r rims, 2003 cobra interior seats, steeda suspension, full exhaust, etc.

I'm pumped!! It's mine and all paid for!

SOLD: Black 2011 GT 5.0.
1997 SVT Cobra Mustang
Full Steeda Suspension; OR X-Pipe; Flowmaster Exhaust; AMR wheels; Pro 5.0 Shifter, etc..

Nice! I had my 97 Cobra for almost 10 years. I loved that car.

Losing a 100 hp/ft lbs will do that. At least you're back into a Mustang and not in an econo box/sedan.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^How True It Is^^^^^^^^^^^^.........I thought my '99 Cobra felt like it was capable of Warp Factor-6 :laughlitt ....At least compared to my '97 GT.......It is just amazing what these new 5.0's can do with a few tweaks....I've been in a few NA 5.0's that pull just as hard as my '08 GT-500 did!!.......And that is not a stretch of the truth..................Sean

I remember what it was like before I got my 5.0, driving past new and used car lots was impossible when a Mustang was there. My neck would hurt from snapping over trying to catch every detail I could of the model and options. If it was a classic I would pull right over as I would beat myself up if I didn't.

With the exception of 2001-2007, I have had a mustang at some point and time in each of the other years since 1990. I am on #4 now. So, I know the feeling. Since 90, no matter what I have owned, I always seem to have to get back in a stang. When I bought this new 13, my mom laughed and said, "you'll never be happy in anything but a mustang.":hihi:

Nice one man! My friend got a brand new 96 Cobra back in the day and I still think its one of the best sounding engines, even with factory exhaust.
